BANGKO-BANGKO BEACH RESORT LOMBOK
Bangko2 Beach Resort (B3R), is under PT Oseania Global management, an Indonesia Registered Company with Ministry of Trade and Ministry of Law & Human Rights Affairs approval (Decision Letter number AHU-44586.AH.01.01.Tahun 2011). B3R has adapted the resort name to the more phonetically correct “BANGKO2 Beach Resort” for marketing purposes as name of place of project.
B3R plans to develop a five-star resort in a spectacularly beautiful bay on the south western coast of the island of Lombok which is located within Sekotong near the Nusa Penida the east part of Bali Island. Sekotong with Gili small Islands is considered by many to be the Jewel in the Crown of the Bali Resort extention and lies approximately 35 nautical miles east of Port Padang Bay and Benoa, Bali, near Lombok International Airport.
The site of this exotic and luxury integrated boutique resort and marina project is framed by the crystal blue Indonesia Ocean and a 850-metre stretch of pure white sand beach north to the south, and to the east the island gently rises inland to an elevation of 140 metres above sea level.
BANGKO2 Beach Resort’s master plan includes 100 individual Resort and Spa Cottage (bungalows) that are located on separate registered sub-leases as well as central resort facilities that comprise restaurants and outside dining areas, kitchen, reception, beachfront bar, pool and an over-water arrival Cottage. Spa facilities, sports activity Cottages, a hill wedding chapel, boutique shops, staff accommodation, marina jetty and a power house and utility buildings are also included in the plan.
The Cottages and an associated percentage of the overall resort will be offered for sale to individual purchasers who will share in the overall profits of the resort. Cottage purchasers will enter into a management arrangement under which their Cottage will be available to let to short-term guests as part of a resort accommodation business.
Resort owners will have a choice of One-Bedroom ontheSeaFloating Cottages, One-Bedroom Beachfront Cottages, One- or Two-Bedroom Beachside Cottages, One-or Two- Bedroom Jungle Cottages, or One-Bedroom TreeTopSpa Cottages.
and optional plunge pool, the Cottages have been designed to provide guests with an unforgettably rich experience.
Twenty Tree Top Spa Cottages will be located on the southeast region of the Resort, with easy access to the Spa facilities. Most of these Cottages will have expansive views of the ocean, and provide ultimate privacy.
